Tacoma has had a tenuous history in the nights of Kindred. Fought over between Camarilla and Anarchs for years, the middle of the 2010’s brought the conflict to a dreadful stalemate, without even the anarchs tenuous order.
This allowed, in late 2019, for a strong contingent of Sabbat kindred to roll in, and steamroll both factions for control over Tacoma.
However, many on both sides survived, and the Anarchs who made it their home, and the Camarilla who didn’t want to give it up allied, and bided their time, made their plans, and prepared to strike.
As Winter came in 2020, the moment was right, and between November 2020 and March 2021, The Cleansing Nights came to pass, and the newly collated forces of Kindred engaged in a series of campaigns to reclaim their city, driving out The Sabbat, the Second Inquisition, and when the offense was over, the Camarilla as well.
Tacoma and its connected cities now stand as Anarch territory, and some sense of stability is returning for the Kindred who “live” there. But, while many lick their wounds and look towards future nights, many tales of the past and the present can be told.
